## Editions (the country layer)

Root URLs are the CANADA edition (prices in CAD). The /us/ section is the
UNITED STATES edition (prices in USD). An offer's currency is the market source
of truth; CAD and USD never mix in a table column, median or market board.

  density gate (a model needs ≥2 verified specs + ≥1 live offer for its own page),
  the VALUE SCORE formula: round(100 × (0.55 × specNorm + 0.45 × priceNorm)),
  where specNorm = mean of motorW/1000, batteryWh/1000, rangeKm/120 (clamped 0–1)
  and priceNorm = 1 − rank-percentile of best CAD (else USD) price within category

## Data honesty rules

Every figure is read from a retailer storefront or computed from those readings.
Markdowns are the retailer's own list-vs-current price — never inferred, never
"up to". Missing values render as an em dash, never a guess. Statistics use
medians. Law summaries are marked verified or draft; drafts are not legal advice.
