Legal e-bikes are capped at 500 W and 32 km/h with working pedals and allowed in bike lanes and cycle tracks, but throttle-only or heavier (over 40 kg) e-bikes are barred from separated lanes and multi-use park trails, and all e-bikes are banned from sidewalks city-wide.
