- All five policies and the warranty page are public and linked from every page footer; the return policy promises "a prepaid return shipping label" for approved e-bike returns (captured 2026-11-05).
- The frame warranty is 48 months, longer than the 2 years advertised (warranty page, captured 2026-11-05).
- The return window grew from 14 days (Wayback copy 2025-06-16) to 30 days.
- They disclose that they "partner with leading OEM manufacturers and suppliers" in the same paragraph as the Canada design claim (About page, captured 2026-11-05).
