Buying an e-bike online is a big purchase, and most of what you see about a store comes from the store itself. Here we check Canadian e-bike stores the same way, every time: their Google reviews, the reviews on their own website, public records, and whether their pages match their own fine print. Every number has a source and a date.

Methodology
How we score stores
One method for every store. Inputs: (1) every review on the store's Google Maps listing, saved in full; (2) each reviewer's public Google profile, read the same day and put into a group by fixed rules; (3) the review app on the store's own website, every product page read; (4) the store's own pages and policies, captured with a date. The score uses only measured counts; nothing in it reads review text. Review topics are shown separately and do not change the score.
The Ebike Press score adds eight parts, 100 points in all. A store with no review app of its own has part H left out and its points rescaled to 100.

What we do not check
- Whether any single review is genuine. Profile groups describe what a public profile shows, not a verdict on a review.
- Why reviews cluster in a month. We report the cluster and say when we could not find a cause.
- Reviews Google removed or filtered, or reviews a store unpublished in its review app: we cannot see them.
- Google reviews cannot be matched to orders; "verified" exists only in on-site review apps.
- Google dates are approximate (±1 month): Google shows "x months ago".
